JAPANESE ROLLED SUSHI
Hello there! Did you already try our recipes already? Today, I am going to share an easy,
tasty and healthy recipe for Japanese rolled sushi. It is kind of sushi, yet a little different. This dish is often
eaten in Japan, and you can also get Japanese rolled sushi easily at supermarkets. Especially when a lot of people gather for special occasions, it is served.
WHAT YOU NEED
・1 Makisu also known as a bamboo mat
・150g cooked rice
・2 teaspoons sushi vinegar
・1 sheet seaweed
・1/4 cucumber
・1 boiled carrot
・6 leaves boiled spinach
・1/2 avocado
・3 slices smoked salmon
RECIPE
1.
Add sushi vinegar to the cooked
rice, and wait until it cools down a little.
2.
Put seaweed on a bamboo mat and
put half of the rice on it. Make the rice as flat as possible.
3.
Lay 3 pieces of salmon on the rice to cover it.
4.
Put the left over rice over the salmon.
5.
Spread the spinach just like how you did with the salmon.
6.
Place each vegetable in a
single row, after cutting them into thin pieces.
7.
Roll them once with bringing a little
pressure, this way it will not fall to pieces when you cut the rolled sushi.
8.
Roll it to the last.
9.
Cut it to round 4cm each.
10. Bon appétit! You can eat with soy sauce and wasabi, or with Japanese horseradish if you want to.
VARIATIONS
How is the taste? And how is a section? Try
more artistic rolled sushi next time, if you can make this basic recipe well. Although
it is a bit more difficult, you can make like flower shapes and animal faces on
a section. Also, I like this dish because it has multiple options, what ingredients you
put inside, that is up to you. Babies, people who are allergic, vegans, and basically everyone can eat this
dish it all depends on what you put in. Make your own rolled sushi! It is easy-peasy and off the cook!
